About Still Waters Postpartum Care LLC
Gentle Postpartum Support for Growing Families
Helping parents rest, recover, and gain confidence during the early weeks with a new baby.
Tailored Postpartum Support
At Still Waters Postpartum Care, I understand that every family is unique. My services are tailored to meet the individual needs of each family, providing practical support, emotional encouragement, and educational resources to help you navigate the postpartum period with confidence.

Education
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development and Education from Whittier College and have spent more than 25 years supporting children and families as an early childhood educator.
My professional experience includes Denver Cooperative Preschool, Cory Elementary School, and parent education programs, where I partnered closely with families to support child development, family relationships, and positive parenting practices.
In addition to my educational background, I have completed specialized training in postpartum support, infant safe sleep, breastfeeding support, attachment and temperament, and infant CPR and First Aid. I am also continuing my education through Newborn Care Specialist training.
My Approach
My Approach
I believe every family deserves support that is compassionate, practical, and free of judgment. My goal is to help parents feel confident, rested, and supported as they adjust to life with a new baby.
Whether you need newborn care guidance, feeding support, help establishing routines, sibling support, light household assistance, meal preparation, or simply an extra set of caring hands, I meet families where they are and provide support tailored to their unique needs.
Drawing on more than 25 years of experience working with children and families, I bring a calm, nurturing presence focused on helping your family thrive during the postpartum period.
